Nice to meet you! I'm Natalie Wass, a Level Designer with over 2 years of experience in QA and a Bachelor's degree in Game Design.

Associate QA Game Tester

  • Partner with the feature coordinator to update cycle assignments, create and maintain 8 test plans, and communicate workarounds for obstacles to a 100+ member team.

  • Lead multiple simultaneous or single system verification checks with 35+ testers.

  • Manage Slack channels and Microsoft Teams to provide answers to inquiries from multiple departments.

  • Prioritize deadlines by maintaining detailed daily reports, team check-ins, and direct developer communication to ensure the product is meeting weekly cycle pass requirements.

  • Facilitated new team member onboarding by promoting professional growth through engine debugger tools, clear bug formatting expectations, and navigating QA documentation effectively.

Benevolence

​Level Designer

  • Created 5 locations with 4 unique biomes that supported the Main Quest. Responsible for creating level design documentation, build-out of maps to a polished state.

  • Worked with Environment Artists throughout the art process and finished out the project play-testing all areas, providing feedback and fixing bugs.

  • Organized private alpha test, public volunteer beta test, final release presentation, website and trailer.

CreationKit Mods

Level Designer

Solo produced two quest mods (Dragon Library and Sunken City) with a contribution to a third mod (Chunks Noir). In total, 7 interior cells and 3 exteriors cell were prototyped and completed. Totaling to over 600+ hours in the CreaktionKit software.
